Swiss Referendum Result (30 Novemeber, 2008)

Switzerland can become the most drug-tolerant country in Europe. On November 30, Swiss people will vote in referendum on complete legalization of cultivation, possession and sale of cannabis.
The idea of full decriminalization of this plant is people initiative. Society of Switzerland offers this as an effective solution to youth problems and as a controlling tool of the market of addictive substance.
If majority of Swiss votes for legalization, the aforementioned plant and materials made from it will be equalized to alcohol and tobacco. That means, it will still remain forbidden fort those under 18 years old, and the market will be treated with same restrictions as on alcohol and tobacco. However, anyone over 18 will be able to grow, use and sale it freely; as it is presumed that on such age, a person can take full responsibility on his/her actions.
In case of legalization approval, Switzerland legislative system would be even more tolerant than the one of the Netherlands.
Try to predict - will Switzerland say "Yes" or "No" to cannabis legalization?
