Dieting is the big business nowadays. Much of it is the business, making money out of hopes and feelings of overweight people. That's why it is very hard to distinguish between real thing and empty promises. We all know, that miracles did not tend to happen, and shedding weight is possible only by eating less and more healthy and exercising more.

However, maybe the magic and really effective pill exists? The pill which would let us relish our meals and exercise for our own pleasure only? The pill which would make all dieting programs and tips a history?

Maybe we just need to trace that miraculous medication among millions of vain promises..?
